The Create+ Boiler 25 L is the recommended boiler base for use with the Create+ T500 or T500 Pro Column & Condenser and the Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser. With a maximum capacity of 25 liters, it’s built for distillers seeking precise control and versatile functionality.

Pair it with the Create+ T500 to produce high-quality, high-ABV neutral alcohol (vodka) or distilled water. Pair it with the Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser to craft flavorsome spirits (gin, whiskey, rum, bourbon) and aromatic hydrosols, retaining delicate flavors and aroma from your wash or botanicals. The Create+ Boiler 25 L includes a 2" Tri-Clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter for easy connection to 2" tri-clamp accessories—ideal for experimenting with different setups and attachments.

Smarter power control: Two element switches give you finer control during heat-up and spirit runs. With both switches ON, the element runs at full power of 1600 W. For a gentler boil—especially helpful for dark spirits like whiskey, rum, and bourbon—switch the 500 W control OFF to run at 1100 W.

For safety, the boiler features an automatic reset (boil-dry) switch. A stainless-steel ball-valve tap provides durability and easy draining after distillation.

Compatibility Guidance

The boiler is designed primarily for small to medium-sized distilling setups that do not have heavy, off-center attachments. When used with the Still Spirits Boiler 25 L lid or Alembic Dome, it is reasonably flexible and sturdy for components within the following limits:

• Total column & condenser height up to 3.6 ft (from the boiler lid or dome).
• Total column & condenser weight up to 24 lb, including up to 4.4 lb off-center from a swan neck, lyne arm, or a condenser running parallel with the column and offset up to 6" from the main column.
